Hello Future Client Communications Coordinator!

As the primary contact for a portion of our clients, you’ll get to showcase your multi-talented skills and bring your unique touch to our dynamic team. Here’s what you need to bring to the table:
1) Time Management Superstar 🌟As a fully remote position, you’ll need to excel at balancing your workload and keeping everything organized. You’ll be accountable for your work, we don’t believe in micromanagement.
2) Communication Pro 🏆: Building strong relationships with your team and clients is key. You’ll need to be an excellent listener, engaging with everyone in a professional manner. You’ll also need to keep the team and higher-ups informed on the status of communications. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and have exceptional verbal and written communication abilities that are both concise and clear.
3) Reliability 🤝: Our clients trust us to help meet their goals and the team relies on each other to get the job done. Doing what you say you’ll do is a must-have trait.
4) Amazon Advertising Wiz 🪄Understanding Amazon advertising is crucial for communicating with clients. You’ll get training, but staying sharp is up to you.
5) Creative Spark 💡We’re always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver on our promise to clients and provide them with an amazing user experience. You’ll have the freedom to put your own creative spin on things.
6) Customer Support Savvy 💖: Managing and satisfying clients is a top priority. You’ll need to have a background in customer support to excel in this role.
7) It is important for the individual to be located within the EU time zone ⏰ due to a majority of our clients being situated in North/South America/EU
Valued Skills
  1. Amazon Seller Central experience
  2. Online marketing specifically PPC Advertising
  3. Google ads experience is also a plus.
As the Primary Responsibilities, the following duties are expected to be carried out:
💻 Proficient in computer and familiar with software such as Slack, Google Suite, Task Management Software (ClickUp), and Excel.
🔗Act as a link between clients who articulate their account objectives and PPC Account Managers who execute the work to attain their goals.
📞Conduct biweekly or monthly client calls that involve account analysis, report preparation, and communication with PPC Account Managers.
📊Evaluate the clients’ advertising performance, explain to them the strategies being implemented and the reasons behind it, and handle objections if needed.
📧 Maintain regular communication with Amazon account representatives assigned to certain client accounts.
🎯 Ensure that operations PPC Account Managers fulfill the previously agreed client account objectives.
📌 Utilize task management tool to clearly convey their tasks.
📝 Provide a summary of events to the COO, escalating any problems or issues as required.
🧠 Keep the information in each account up-to-date in the knowledge base.
💡 Propose creative ideas to streamline internal processes.
📁 Maintain the Google Drive organizational structure of the team.
🚨 Stay informed of the latest marketing trends in the Amazon Advertising industry.
